General solution: Multi-zone heat pump control via wired connection

What do you need?

Niko requirements

Je Niko Home Control installatie voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Je installatie heeft een connected controller II.

  • Je installatie is geconfigureerd met de meest recente programmeersoftware.

Je moet de volgende extra producten installeren:

  • Een verwarmings- of koelingsmodule voor Niko Home Control (550-00150) per vier zones

  • Een schakelmodule voor Niko Home Control (550-00103 of 550-00106) met minstens één vrije uitgang

  • Een digitale potentiaalvrije sensormodule voor Niko Home Control (550-00210) met minstens één vrije ingang

  • Als het uitgangscontact van je warmtepompsysteem niet potentiaalvrij is, heb je ook een potentiaalvrije contactmodule nodig (bv. Finder 22.32.0.230.1xx0)

  • Een thermostaat per zone:

Je systeem voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Het is een warmtepompsysteem met:

    • enkel verwarming

    • verwarming/koeling

  • De warmtepomp heeft een parallel aangesloten buffertank en een extra bypass-circuit.

  • De warmtepomp heeft een contact dat aangeeft of de verwarmings/koelingsmode actief is.

The wiring diagram below shows how you can use Niko Home Control with your heat pump system and enable Niko routines for multi-zone heating/cooling.

The heating/cooling mode switchover is initiated by the partner system; pump control is not needed. A contact on the heat pump provides the signal to the Niko Home Control installation to switch from heating to cooling mode and vice versa.
