Creating a time schedule

Starting point

• You have created a project.

• You are in the Create overview window.

Procedure

1. In the right-hand button bar, click on the Time schedule button.
   Result:
   The Time schedule pane appears. You get an overview of all time schedules created.
   

2. Click on Add new schedule.

3. Give the schedule a name.
   

4. Choose the schedule type.

   Type	When?
   Daily	Every X days according to the times set.
   Weekly	Every X weeks according to the days and the times set.
   Monthly	Every X months according to the weeks, the days and the times set.
   Yearly	Every X years according to the dates and the times set.

5. Set the recurrence (X) and starting date. 

6. Click on the Close button to return to the Create overview window.
