Dashboard (diagnostics)

Description of the Dashboard tab

The Dashboard tab provides a status overview of the installation based on the following components.

A

Current status (installation)

The status of the installation is shown in the same colour as the status LED on the connected controller.

B

Latest warnings and error messages

Warnings (orange) and error messages (red) are listed from most to least recent.

C

Current status (server)

The server status is shown in the same colour as the server LED on the connected controller.

D

System information and connected controller

You will need this information (e.g. the software version, the latest configuration, the serial number and the IP address) when you contact Niko customer services.

The installation is working correctly.


Orange

A problem has been detected.

Colour codes for the current server status

Colour

Meaning

Action

Green

The connection with the Niko server is working properly and the installation has been registered correctly.


Orange

The connection with the Niko server is working properly, but the installation has not yet been registered.

Register the installation on https://mynikohomecontrol.niko.eu .

Use the MAC address and SN serial number which you can find on the

Dashboard page under system information and connected controller.

Red

There is no connection to the Niko server. The internet connection has been interrupted or the Niko server is not accessible.

Check your internet connection. If it is working well, contact Niko customer services.
