Configuring the colour settings of a DALI device

Starting point

  • You are creating a routine or a condition with a DALI tunable white, a DALI RGB or a DALI RGBW device.

  • For a routine, you have selected the controls that initiate the routine and the devices that are part of the routine.

  • For a condition, you have completed the IF statement.

  • In this example, you create a routine.

Procedure

  1. Click on the ‘level’ value of the DALI device.

  2. Select the desired Set level from the list. Do one of the following:

    1. Depending on the device type,

      1. Select Colour and/or Colour temperature.

      2. Set the colour and/or colour temperature using the sliders or by typing the values.

      3. (optional) Click the Add to favourites button if you want to reuse the same colour in your installation. The colour is added to the Project favourites in the Dashboard menu.

    2. If you have created favourite colours in the Project favourites in the Dashboard menu:

      1. Select Favourites.

      2. Select a favourite colour from the list.

      3. (optional) Click the Edit favourites to change the colour in the Project favourites in the Dashboard menu.

    3. Select Lock if you want that the state of the device cannot be changed and all control commands will be ignored.

    4. Select Unlock if you want to reset the Lock state of the device. From now on, the device will execute control commands again.
